Terms of Service

We will send you an appointment confirmation via email on the day of your booking. An SMS confirmation will also be sent 72 hours prior to your appointment. We ask that you respond to this SMS once you receive it by replying Yes or No. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, a late cancellation fee will apply.

We require a $100.00 deposit for all new clients to hold your appointment. Please be ready to provide your credit card information upon scheduling your appointment. 

Packages

In the case of a late cancellation or no show to appointment, the package treatment will be forfeited.

Cancellation Fees

Respecting your time is paramount, and we strive to offer the best service possible. To optimize scheduling and accommodate everyone, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment adjustments or cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee, and reservation fees are forfeited in such cases. For package holders, a missed appointment may result in the deduction of one treatment. While we understand unforeseen events happen, prompt communication about emergencies or changes is appreciated, and exceptions are subject to management discretion. Your cooperation ensures a smooth and considerate experience for all.

Rescheduling

Our cancellation policy applies to all clients. While we appreciate that rescheduling is sometimes necessary, consistent rescheduling (more than three times) without attending appointments at Freyja Skincare requires a non-refundable deposit of $250 before future bookings. Subsequent appointments booked with this deposit are non-cancellable and non-movable. We value our clients and appreciate their understanding of our commitment to providing quality service.

Refunds

Freyja Skincare has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases of goods or services if you change your mind. Furthermore, our ‘no refund’ policy applies to medical procedures (including injectables) and dermal treatments and procedures.

Please note that our treatments, services and packages are not transferable to other individuals and they cannot be swapped for other treatments or services. Furthermore, reservation fees typically are non-refundable but can remain on the system as a credit.

Refunds can be provided for retail items if remaining in original packaging and unused.

Payment

Payment is required on the day of  appointment normally after the treatment has been provided. For higher-cost treatments, payment may be required before the treatment is performed.

 Please note that Freyja Skincare gift cards are redeemable on in clinic purchases only.

Specials, Discounts, and Pricing

In compliance with regulations governing the advertising of therapeutic goods and services, specific ingredients, brand names, or products cannot be mentioned in our advertising. During consultations, we thoroughly discuss all products, ingredients, associated risks, side effects, advantages, and treatment alternatives tailored to your needs. Our pricing, regularly updated, serves as a guide, with exact quotes provided after a detailed consultation, skin analysis, and facial assessment. Specials and discounts are standalone offers, each with unique terms and conditions, subject to change without notice. The suitability of these offers for individuals is thoroughly discussed during consultations. Although we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to modify special end dates. Purchased packages are valid for 12 months, and gift certificates for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Packages

Packages are valid at all Freyja Skincare locations, unless otherwise specified. They cannot be shared or transferred between individuals and are nonrefundable. Our practitioners retain the right to assess the client’s suitability for treatment, and treatment recommendations are made at their discretion. Standard Dermal Packages, comprising a series of treatments, are valid for 24 months from the purchase date. A 48-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations; failure to comply results in the forfeiture of the prepaid package fee. If a treatment is deemed unsuitable, our practitioners may suggest an alternative.

Under 18’s

Clients under the age of 18 are not eligible for cosmetic injectable treatments, even with parental consent. However, we do provide dermal therapy treatments for individuals under 18 to address conditions like acne, congestion, and scarring.
